STEWARDSHIP DEPARTMENT

GIS Mapping

Main | Stewardship Council | Portal | GIS Mapping| Forestry/Economic Development | Mining

The Stewardship Department's GIS Analysts provide a wide range of mapping services to the Tsilhqot'in National Government and member communities.  The Analysts collect and maintain TUS data for use in spatial analysis and map production to support land use planning and decision making.  The GIS analysts provide mapping and analysis to support national and community level economic development initiatives.  They also administer the TNG Stewardship Planning Portal. The Stewardship Planning Portal is an interactive web-enabled database management system to allow for effective tracking and review of land use referrals.
